Terms and conditions of the payment, deposit, booking guarantee
The reservation is treated as preliminary until the Hotel receives a payment guarantee (in the form of a valid credit card or prepayment). To guarantee the reservation and its price conditions, please pay 100% of the value of the stay no later than on the last day allowing modification or free cancellation as per offer selected
Attention! Cancellation terms change seasonally
Failure to guarantee the booking on time may result in cancellation of the booking or change in quote, hence please contact the reservation team in case of any delays.
FORMS OF PAYMENT
Payment by Credit / Debit Card
The hotel will charge the credit card with the value of 100% of the reservation on the day when the possibility of free cancellation expires.
For reservations less than 7 days prior to arrival, we suggest proceeding payments with credit card (payments by traditional transfer may still require leaving credit card details as a guarantee on arrival if the payment has not been booked).
