Traveling with your pet
We welcome only dogs and cats (excluding aggressive breeds) in selected facilities :
- Kolobrzeg: only Marine & Ultra Marine Hotel, Diune Hotel & Resort, Royal Tulip Sand
- Ustronie Morskie: Boulevard Ustronie Morskie
- Swinoujscie: Radisson Blu Resort Świnoujście, Baltic Park Molo Apartments and Baltic Park Fort
- Szklarska Poreba: Radisson Hotel Szklarska Poręba, Cristal Resort
Additional fee : PLN 115 per day per dog and cat
Only in selected Hotels you can stay only with a dog (excluding aggressive breeds) and a cat.
We ask owners to take care of the comfort and safety of other guests:
> pets may not be brought into the restaurant, cafeteria, spa and pool area
> dogs and cats should stay in the owners' room, and in a situation where the owner leaves it in the room, he is obliged to put a card on the door (do not disturb), so that they do not pose a threat to the staff
> on selected dates such as Easter, May Day, Christmas, New Year's Eve the hotel may refuse to accept animals due to the large number of families with children.
> the hotel does not accept sick animals. The stay of an animal in the facility is conditional on having its health booklet with current vaccinations and deworming certificate
> out of concern for the safety of our guests and other animals staying at the hotel, we also do not accept breeds considered to be aggressive, or animals aggressive towards other animals and people.
> any damage caused by the animal is the responsibility of its owner. Any damage will be assessed by the management of the hotel, and the cost will be charged to the owners
> none of the animals should be left alone in the room if at that time it disturbs other guests. In case of repeated complaints from other guests, we reserve the right to order them to leave the facility
> Pets are not allowed to use the bed and sofa.
> Cleaning of the room where the pet is staying is done only when the owner is present. Please contact the Reception to arrange cleaning times.
> dogs must be walked on a leash and muzzled, under the care of the owner or an authorized person.
> pet owners are required to clean up litter left by dogs on the premises and in the surroundings of the hotel.
The above rules do not apply to guide dogs.
Failure to inform the reception of the animal's stay in the room will result in a fine of 500 PLN and a daily fee for the animal in accordance with the applicable price list
