free cancellation or booking change
The booking is treated as preliminary until the Hotel receives a payment guarantee - details here. Changes are a constant part of our lives and we do our upmost to approach them with flexibility. Cancellation conditions vary seasonally. Rebooking is subject to availability and is subject to new price calculation. Same applies to shortening the stay.
In case of late cancellation or no-show: 100% of the total value of the booked stay will be charged
Guests may cancel or amend their booking within below time frames:
- 3 days before the date of arrival, the possibility of free cancellation or change of the booking date (during holidays and long weekends, as well as holidays and holidays, other conditions may apply - like below*)
* 7 days before the date of arrival, the possibility of free cancellation or change of the booking date (for the Easter April 3-14, May holidays April 28 - May 7, Corpus Cristi 5-11 June)
* 14 days before the date of arrival, the possibility of free cancellation or change of the booking date (for stays between 23.06 - 3.09)
